The Low Passport Index (LPI) ranking is conceived as a list of travellers who travel on passports which can be considered less 'privileged' in terms of freedom of entry to a number of places. Using the Henley Passport Index Ranking, only travellers from countries who have access to fewer than 95 of the 227 territories considered for their index are considered. Look here (https://www.henleyglobal.com/passport-index/ranking
) for the list. Dual nationals are not considered.
We do ask, if someone on the list is known to have a passport from also from a Higher Passport Index country, that this be known to us.
